PIR Social Publisher Data Deletion

Pastors in Recovery · Menu

These instructions apply to PIR Social Publisher, operated by Jon Hammond for Pastors in Recovery.

Request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject PIR Social Publisher data deletion.
  2. Identify the Facebook account or Page concerned and describe the application-held information you want removed. Do not send a password, access token, or other login secret.
  3. We may ask you to verify that you control the affected account or Page. We will respond with the result or explain any information needed to complete the request.

Stop future access

You can also remove PIR Social Publisher from the Apps and Websites or Business Integrations section of your Facebook settings, as applicable. Removing authorization stops future access under that authorization but does not itself guarantee deletion of previously stored application records.

What deletion covers

Verified requests cover applicable application-held profile or Page connection information, authorization credentials, and associated records. Disconnecting an account may prevent its queued content from publishing. Posts already published on Facebook must be managed separately through Facebook. Backup copies may remain until normal backup retention expires; applicable deletions must be reapplied if a backup is restored. If any information must be retained for an applicable obligation, we will explain that limitation.
